SHIPPING & RETURNS
Made to order items -
Anything painted for you is a made to order piece, this means they are painted packed and dispatched by me within 5-14 working days!
We are slow fashion as I've only got one pair of hands hehe, but I work as fast as I can to get your orders out!
You will receive a confirmation email when you make your order and then a dispatch notification when your orders been shipped.
These orders are shipped first class with Royal Mail and charged at 99p per tees/totes and 2.99 per sweatshirt. This is to cover some of the costs of postage and all the lovely packaging.
Ready made items -
Prints, badges and cards are ready to go so will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
There is free shipping on these items and they are sent first class.
International orders -
Things are so strange and complicated at the moment so to be on the safe side as I don't want any of your lovely orders getting lost, I will not be shipping overseas until things are more settled.
Return & Exchange Policy
All painted items are made to order so we try to avoid returns and exchanges, to help us out please ensure you check your order before you checkout to ensure you have the colour and size you want. You can use the colour and size guides to help!
Of course if your items not right for you then we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless I've stated otherwise.
